Team Instruction Payment Policies
A $20.00 non-refundable reservation fee is required for each date of training that a team requests CNYFastpitch Inc. to reserve on their behalf. For example, 20 dates would require a $400.00 up front deposit. The deposit will of course be applied to the balance due for that date.
All payments are required in full the date that the service or training is provided. No exceptions.
CNYFastpitch Inc. requests that each team have a representative that is responsible for collecting fees from their players and then submitting one payment to us.
The hourly fee for team training is $180.00 regardless of whether your team shows up with 8 or 15 participants. It is the responsibility of the entire team for the entire team's fees. Should one member of your team fail to pay his/her share, the team must account for it. No exceptions!!!
No person or team will be allowed to use the facility without payment and/or contract and facility waiver.
CNYFastpitch Inc. accepts cash, visa, mastercard, discover, check. There will be a $30.00 returned check fee.
If the facility is closed for any reason (bad weather, etc.), customer shall receive a facility credit toward a future date.
Our intent is always to work with our clients and be reasonable. We ask that common courtesy be extended and we will do the same. We want your training dollars to go towards training, not paying for unused facility costs. Unfortunately, several times per year we are hit with situations that directly cause revenue loss or force us to incur fees due to inadequate notice. We must pass these costs back to the client.
