General Tournament Information
Format: Pool play with playoffs. 4 game minimum. (Weather permitting)
Location: Northern Onondaga Youth Sports Complex in Cicero, NY
Entry Fee: $500.00 (Non-refundable) Make checks payable to CNYFastpitch.
Proof of age: Must be available with roster. Cut off date is January 1, 2012.
Rosters: 18 Player maximum.
Uniforms: Uniform tops please.
Rules: 2012 ASA Rules apply
Notification: Schedules will be sent out via EMAIL one week prior to start of tournament. Information will also be posted on cnyfastpitch.com.
Deadline: Registration is first come first serve. Entries and tournament fees must be received together to secure a spot in the tournament. Space is limited! We will not hold space without payment. No exceptions!
Host Hotel: We have selected Embassy Suites Hotel Syracuse as our host hotel. Room rates range from $129.00-$149.00 depending on the weekend of travel. Double suites accomodate 6, a king suite accomodates 4. A complimentary full cooked to order breakfast is included in the cost of the room. For more details about the property, call 446-3200.
